Eric Chistopher Tucker

Eric Christopher De’mon Tucker age 51, of Leesburg, Florida, passed away on April 29th, 2023, after a long illness.  Born July 16th, 1971, to Doris Brinson Tucker and the late Clarence Tucker, Eric attended public schools in Lake County where he was an active member of the Varsity football team.  He was a member of the Leesburg High School graduating class of 1990. Upon graduation, Eric held numerous jobs exploring multiple career options. His most recent job was at the Villages where he served until his health began to decline in 2018 which ultimately led to early retirement. He enjoyed many sports to include Football, Basketball, Wrestling, Boxing, and others. Most importantly, Eric loved the Lord he would often witness to others of His goodness and the miraculous works God had done in him .Survivors include his mother Doris Brinson Tucker; three brothers, Marty Tucker and wife Tina of Triangle, VA, Tony Brinson of Los Vegas, NV, and Sandy Tucker of Leesburg FL; one sister, Minnie Tucker Washington and husband Rufus of Port St Lucie, FL; Nephews and Nieces: Sean, Kellen and Omari Tucker, Isaac Brinson, Tierney, Porsha, and Jeremiah Washington and a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father (Clarence Tucker), sister (Clarenda Tucker-Stephens), and brother (Marquall Tucker).
